I've reported 4 bugs at bugs.swift.org, SR-13300, SR-13270, SR-13222, 13204 mid July '20. All are library related.
I have not seen any response on them. Is that the best place to report bugs? — Nick
Yes, issues with swift-corelibs-foundation can be filed there, under "Component/s: Foundation".
(Feedback Assistant should be used for macOS Foundation issues.)
Environment: Raspian Linux Swift version 5.1.5-v0.1
It might be difficult to get help, since you aren't using one of the supported platforms. Additionally, some of the bugs could already be fixed, since you're using version 5.1.5, and the release of version 5.3 is imminent.
