What's up with Swift 5.1.2?

Apparently, the latest version of XCode includes Swift v5.1.2, but that version doesn't exist on swift.org.

Yes, it seems that it was released officially about half a week later than it shipped in XCode. This caused some confusion in my team, because our local Swift version was 5.1.2, but there was no corresponding Linux version yet.
