Happy Tuesday!

Another week has come so here is another update for all you users and fans of the Swift Extension of VS Code!

:white_check_mark: What we addressed?

  • Released 2.14.2 of the extension which fixes issues:
    • Using `swiftly` installed through package managers such as brew (#1923)
    • Cannot find lldb-dap when using CommandLineTools toolchain (#1077)
  • Happy to see community contribution from aoberoi who cleaned up some dependency warnings (#1988)
  • Fixed numerous nightly test failures related to needing Python 3.10 on Windows now

:beetle: New Issues

  • We’ve had a lot of new feature requests raised which is great to see!
  • With the 6.2.1 release of the Swift toolchain, Python 3.10 is now required on Windows bringing #539 back into focus

:date: What’s coming up?

  • Making sure all breakpoints are marked as installed
