Version 0.4.0 of the Visual Studio Code Swift extension has been released.

The main addition of note is the Test Explorer. This is a new tree view for running, debugging tests and viewing the results. You access the Test Explorer by clicking on the chemistry flask icon on the left of the screen.
This is an initial version of the test explorer and there are some rough edges. We hope to smooth those over in the coming months.
