Updating llvm-project branch for swift:main

We will be performing an update to the swift:main branch to support llvm-project:stable/20220421.

We will be verifying the update on Swift CI with following platforms.

  • macOS
  • Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04
  • CentOS 7
  • Amazon Linux 2

For those supporting other platforms if you would like to test against the llvm-project:stable/20220421 merge before it lands please check out the following branches:

swift
rebranch

llvm-project
stable/20220421

Update Checkout Scheme:
./utils/update-checkout --scheme rebranch

Automergers

Swift will have an automerger from main into rebranch to keep the branch in sync.

Branch Detail

Swift rebranch was created from next on April 21st 2022.
LLVM Project stable/20220421 were created from next on April 21st 2022.

I will update this topic before we perform the operation. (Estimated mid-June)
