Update Swift language color on GitHUb to match the official Swift logo

I'm opening a pull request on GitHub linguist repository to change the color associated with Swift language, to match the same orange used by the Swift logo on Swift.org and this site.

Swift logo guidelines can be found here (interestingly, this page has an outdated Swift logo as favicon and social share preview):

Find downloads, documentation, and sample code for writing Swift code.

Looking for community support for this change, as it is required for the PR to be merged.

Thoughts?
