Unable to build TestFoundation in Xcode

Hi there,

I am unable to build TestFoundation in Xcode with the latest master. I see this error:

error: /Users/pushkar/builds/swift-corelibs-foundation/DerivedData/Foundation/Build/Products/Debug/xdgTestHelper.app/Contents/MacOS/xdgTestHelper: No such file or directory

I happened to take a look at https://github.com/apple/swift-corelibs-foundation/pull/1564 and wonder if the user instructions to build and run TestFoundation change as a result of this pull request? If the instructions remain the same, can someone please help me understand what's going wrong in my env?

The instructions to build should not be any different and TestFoundation.app should have xdgTestHelper.app as a dependancy . Could you try a clean and then build?
