Two different ways to format notes and other asides?

I see two potentially different ways to format a DocC note:

- Note: https://github.com/swiftlang/swift/blob/main/docs/DocumentationComments.md

The DocumentationComments.md version seems to work for me. I can't tell if this one is actually deprecated or not. Are these meant to work the same?
