Nice suggestions, Karen!

I'm still working through the playlist on my ride to school, but here are my favorites so far!

( 1 ) :stadium: Live coding a streaming ChatGPT proxy with Swift OpenAPI—from scratch!

Simon's talk is practical because he talks through *why* we need a proxy server, and what app he's making!

( 2 ) :money_bag: Introduction to security research and bounty hunting on Apple's platforms

Gui's talk captivates me because he prefaces security research with the monetary rewards possible, citing real data to motivate the deep dive!

( 3 ) :alien_monster: AI-Assisted Swift in Gamifying an iOS App

Halordain grounds his survey of various tools in actual real-world games, with actual examples and prompts drawn from Honmon and Pikmin Bloom. Tying each lesson and tool to a face and a name helps me recall it when I'm working on my own apps!

( 4 ) :artist_palette: App Art: Great App Design Done Quick

Sebastian's storytelling is unmatched -- talk about growing up fast! I love how he relates his conversations with Steve Jobs back to Halide design principles.

( 5 ) :door: EXIT 8 for SwiftUI

Ojun's lightning talk draws from strange behavior he encountered actually debugging EXIT 8. Specific examples put real context around every one of his techniques, which helps it stick in my mind!

I like sessions that start with why we create what we do! Some of the talks focus so much on granular Swift without stepping back to ask why we're making that app in the first place.

I'll add more as I finish watching the playlist! :film_frames:
