I saw that you are ready to help and support anyone contributing to the translation of Swift Programming Language book.
I am an author in my country (Iran) and have authored/translated many books since 1999.
Now I am seriously interested to translate Swift ebook (published by Apple) to Farsi Language and then I am going to author a self-paced training kit (book accompanied by video) for Swift in English.
Regarding the translation, I am just want to know how you can support me?
You can use the ePub version of the book as a source for your translation:
We feature the known translations of the book on that page as well; you might take a look at the Chinese translation to see how its translators went about it.
When the book is updated for new versions of Swift, you can use a diffing tool like FileMerge or diff to see what's changed in detail. (ePubs hold zipped collections of XHTML files.)
Hope this helps,
Kyle

Currently I am authoring a complete book in English, which not only can be used as a tutorial for starters, but also plays the role of a core reference of the language as well. It contains a lot of sample code, working programs and examples, and also exercises for the audience to make their hands dirty in a step-by-step fashion.
I will definitely translate the main language reference (the one you give me the link) to Persian (Farsi) Language as well.
I appreciate your kindness.
Best regards,
Mani
