You, um, deleted your iOS SDK. I'm not sure why you did that.
Each version of Xcode comes with a Swift compiler that works with the SDKs packaged with it. If you're using a version of Swift downloaded from swift.org, you'll have to use it with the corresponding version of Xcode.
