not sure if it's just me, but recently i've observed that the syntax highlighting in posts may break when it is first rendered on screen. scrolling the post off and on again appears to restore the normal highlighting behavior – e.g. when i load this post, i see the highlighted syntax briefly appear, and then disappear, and it is restored if i scroll the viewport to the bottom and back up again. the behavior appears to affect Chrome & Firefox, but not Safari (on desktop; not sure if mobile is impacted).
Are you by any chance using the 1Password extension?
