“SwiftLintPlugin” must be enabled before it can be used. Enable it now?

I added swiftLint plugin in the Xcode build tool plugins. I am getting below Trust and Enable Plugin dialogue when ran my Xcode project very first time.

Is there anyway we can trust and enable the plugin without this dialogue.
