Swift Evolution New Topic Disabled

Hi,

I'd like to create a New Topic in the Evolution category, but the button is disabled with not info about why.

That is intentional. There are subcategories “Pitches”, “Discussion”, etc., in which you can create topics. The top-level Evolution category itself is just an umbrella grouping to contain the subcategories.

Um, you did post this in Evolution. You posted it in Evolution/Discussion, which is the proper place for it.

Imho it's not important, but as there is a separate thread:
It was posted in "Using Swift" — but I tried to move it to the category Daniel wanted, and it looks like it worked
Sorry if that caused confusion, but I saw no reason why that thread shouldn't be in the evolution category.
