Std::list doesn't conform to CxxConvertibleToCollection on Windows?

On macOS, below kind code works no problem :

std::liststd::string.forEach { … }

But it can’t be compiled on Windows with swift 6.2 with error about “forEach is not a member of std::list”, unless change the list to vector like:

std::vectorstd::string.forEach { … }

Is that a bug or only because Windows toolchain not complete ?
