Hi all,
I'd like to select the text while I'm reading it, but it opens a Share menu (see image below), is there a way to disable this behaviour?
I did look in settings but i was unable to find it.

Thanks,
Wesley.

I don't know how to disable the menu, but you can make it more useful, by adding "Quote" and "Copy Quote" items.
-
Go to interface preferences.
https://forums.swift.org/my/preferences/interface
-
Scroll down to the "Other" section and check:
- "Enable quote reply for highlighted text"
-
Click the "Save Changes" button.
-
Refresh existing page tabs if needed.

Thank you, I just tried that but no luck.
It looks like Share is permanently baked in, because it always pops up even when the option is unchecked.
I don't know why internet is so obsessed with Share.

I know that, I turned that off
If you are reading posts like me (selecting the text where you have been) it's super frustrating to have that menu showing up every time.
So unfortunately this is not an option for me.
