We are seeking feedback on the revision to PredicateExpressions API for nil comparisons without Equatable conformance within #Predicates through 2026-07-29. In specific, this revision replaced overloads of existing builder functions with new, separate builder functions.
As this is a revision, I'd like to focus this review on the changes made to the proposal in this revision rather than re-reviewing the design decisions of the original proposal discussed during the first review.
