[Resolved] Windows main snapshot not found: "swift-DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2024-09-18-a-windows10.exe"

The main snapshot for 9-18-2024 on Swift.org - Install Swift is not found and returns a 404'd file... Where should I report this?

The 404 issue is resolved with newer nightly toolchain.
