Remove Onone from @swift-ci smoke benchmark

Does anyone mind if we remove the -Onone configuration when running smoke benchmarks in PR testing?
Usually the Onone results are not that important and it would speed up the smoke benchmark run significantly.
The full benchmark test will still include the Onone results.

Would we still run these benchmarks in -Onone periodically?

yes

Good idea. We only use smoke benchmark to make sure the benchmarks still build and run.

Sounds good. Still building them but not running them seems OK to me for smoke testing.
