Propose putting out a call for site subject matter experts for reviews

We have a number of pull requests for corrections or improvements for things like C++ Interoperability or Swift on Windows.

I know that I can’t review these because I have no expertise in these areas, so I have no idea if they are correct or not.

I was thinking we should try to identify individuals that are tracking these areas and able to review proposals for correctness.

Possibly we would tag PRs with a subject matter area or possibly assign the appropriate people manually when a PR is submitted that is in their area of expertise.

EDIT: I had meant to post this privately to the website workgroup, but accidentally posted publicly—which means we haven't worked out the details yet.

But, this isn't some top secret idea.

If you have expertise in specialized areas of Swift such as C++ Interop, Swift on Windows, Swift on Linux, Embedded Swift, etc. and you would be willing and able to review changes to website articles and documentation for correctness, please send a message to the website workgroup.

I think this makes a lot of sense. In addition to tagging PRs, we could even add some expert individuals as CODEOWNERS to the specific content, meaning they will automatically get added as reviewers to new PRs that touch that content.

Thank you @clarkezone. As I mentioned, I posted publicly before the workgroup figured out all the details. But even without a process in place, please feel free to add review comments to any PRs in the swift-org-website repository.
