+1, looks really nice and ergonomic, and I like that it is purely additive and doesn't prevent folks from still using the enums directly.

Hi folks, (I'm filling in with Gus being OOO),

this proposal was in review between Sep 22 and Oct 2 and received only positive feedback, so it's now Ready for Implementation.
