The proposal SCO-0003: Allow missing files in file providers for Swift Configuration is now up and In Review.

Sounds good. I wonder if the library should log something when the file is not found. It might be a user-error that the file isn’t there and this would be hard to detect otherwise.

The ReloadingFileProvider does log, as it's a stateful provider. The other ones don't, but in theory could - can you file an issue on GitHub please? :folded_hands:
