I'd like to change the text and background color of a displayed PDF document using Apple's PDFKit Framework to show the documents in "Night Mode"

Strangely enough, that question, with exactly the same wording, appeared on Stack Overflow 8 months ago. Why would you post it again, in an inappropriate forum?
