Swift 6.3 introduced module selectors but I am confused by it because I thought Swift already has that. I was able to just do ‘ModuleName.someApiCall’ in Swift. What’s the difference other than the new change uses ‘::’?
The motivation section of the proposal summarizes why . sometimes isn't sufficient for module qualification and why :: was introduced.
