When run by Xcode, swiftpm is unable to find any of the .pc files installed by MacPorts (in /opt/local). Is there anything we can do to convince it to look in the right places?

A related question: does Swift Package Manager follow your PKG_CONFIG_PATH shell environment path, if you've set one?
