Joe Pamer will serve as release manager for Swift 2.2 for the next week since I will be on vacation. Please continue to send requests for changes to be merged to swift-2.2-branch to swift-dev. Please create pull requests as it makes it easy to test changes using the CI before they are pulled into the branch.
