Hello Windows Developers!

There has been a significant amount of interest in Windows Swift development for
both developing applications as well as interest from potential contributors to
the toolchain.

I'm excited to announce Windows Office Hours - a relaxed meetup for sharing
ideas, learning together, and discussing Windows Swift development.
This is meant for both:

  • People who would like to develop Swift on Windows
  • People who would like to use Swift on Windows

Event Details:

When: Bi-weekly Wednesday at 9:00 AM PST
Where: DM for gCal Invite

Everyone is welcome, so please feel free to invite anyone you think that might
be interested. Please note that we expect members joining to adhere to

Will a recorded version be available?

Sorry, there is no recording; that would complicate things significantly. The intent is to have these as a recurring thing on a 2-week cadence. Happy to have people join as they please for the conversations :slight_smile:

Hi Saleem, Iā€™d like to get started with contributing with developing Swift on Windows this summer - I cannot seem to DM you, likely the same issue Jerry is running into with being new. If you could DM me the invite that would be awesome. Thanks!!
