Introducing swiftversion.net

Do you ever mix up Swift dot releases or forget which release is shipping or in development?

Do you ever need to know which Swift shipped with which Xcode?

This happens to me all the time, so I made swiftversion.net.

It’s a simple single-page dashboard showing the current release, the development release, and a history of each version of Swift with a corresponding Xcode release.

(It also gladly switches between dark and light mode to match your system setting.)

I hope you find it useful.

Please send any questions, comments, or corrections to info@swiftversion.net.

It looks like the website uses white on white colors, would it be possible to fix this? This is reproducible for me on Firefox 83.0 on macOS 11.0.

Thanks for the site’s first bug report!

I just loaded the site using Firefox 83.0 on macOS 11.0 and it displayed correctly. Do you have any extensions installed that might affect how dark mode is displayed?

Please reply to info@swiftversion.net, since this forum category warns against long discussion threads here.

@Max_Desiatov: This should now be displaying correctly in Firefox with Dark Mode turned on.
