How can I make use of Vapor and Fluent in neovim using LSP?

neovim specific LSP question; how come Fluent and Vapor are not part of the LSP? Do I need to register some sort of Vapor with LSP?

They’re not built-in modules—do you have them configured as dependencies of your package?
