Every year we lock down the merge access during the US holidays for everyone to enjoy time off and avoid returning to broken builds. This year, we are going to do the same by disabling the merge access during the following times:
First round:
Nov 21st, 2024 - 9 PM PST merge access disabled
Dec 1st, 2024 - 9 PM PST merge access enabled
Second round:
Dec 20th, 2024 - 9 PM PST merge access disabled
Jan 1st, 2025 - 9 PM PST merge access enabled
Repositories and branches:

For the llvm-project, stable/20230725, stable/20240723, swift/release/6.1, and swift/release/6.0 will be locked.
