Hi, I'm Nunzio. I studied for two years at the Apple Developer Academy and am currently in my third year of a Computer Science degree program. I would love to start contributing to Swift.
I am particularly interested in the project "Re-implement property wrappers with macros." Throughout my education, I have found Swift’s metaprogramming capabilities fascinating, and I would be excited to contribute to a project that enhances this aspect of the language.
I would like to know if it is possible to participate despite not having made previous pull requests. I have an advanced knowledge of Swift but have never contributed to an open-source project, so I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to approach the codebase.
To give further context, I have thoroughly reviewed the documentation regarding contributions, GSoC, the chosen project page, macros, property wrappers, and init accessors. Is there anything else I should explore to better understand the topic?
I would be very thankful for any insights from @xedin regarding the best way to get started.
