[GSoC 2021] Increase differentiable programming's language coverage

Hello @rxwei,

My name is Ahmed, and I am currently studying Computer Science at the University of El-Shorouk in Cairo, Egypt.

I am interested in the proposed project idea (Increase differentiable programming’s language coverage)
and I believe that my knowledge in calculus will be beneficial. I have experience in C++, C# and Linux (I currently use it and don't have a Mac device) and familiar with Swift and LLVM.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some information about the project, and about the level that I should have in the required skills.
