Hello all,
I'm pleased to announce the second Embedded Swift Community Hour—a relaxed meetup for sharing ideas, learning together, and discussing Embedded Swift development.
Event Details:
Hosts: Myself and @kubamracek (we kindly ask all participants to respect the Swift Code of Conduct)
When: Friday, March 28th, 10am–11am PDT
Where: The Swift Programming Language Discord
Agenda:
-
Demo: We'll start with a short demo by Kuba on setting up code completion for an Embedded Swift project on a Raspberry Pi Pico. After the demo, we’ll have time for an open discussion focused on the demo and code completion in general.
-
Open Topics: Following that, the hour will open for broader discussions. If you have specific topics you're interested in, please feel free to post them in the thread. I’ll do my best to steer the conversation and cover as many topics as we reasonably can.
Everyone is welcome, so please feel free to invite anyone you think might be interested. This is a laid-back space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from each other—whether you’re an experienced developer or just starting out.
Looking forward to seeing everyone,
rauhul
Additional note: Some folks mentioned in the previous Embedded Swift Community Hour thread that the current 10–11 AM PDT time isn’t ideal for all time zones. I’ve started a separate discussion about setting up an alternate time slot that might work better for others.
If you’re interested, check out the post here: Exploring an Alternate Time for (Additional) Community Hours and share your thoughts!
