I am trying to confirm my new email address, but I am not receiving the confirmation email. Could you help?

Hey everyone.

I have the same issue. When adding an alternate email, the confirmation email does not arrive to it.

I tried two different email addresses, one with a gmail.com domain and one with a company domain, but no luck.

Resending the confirmation email does not help. It does not arrive in this case either.

The first attempt to add an alternate email was made 6 days ago.
Confirmation email still hasn't arrived.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
