ECG/EKG data in apps

Is it possible to get ECG data from iWatch4 in realtime to Iwatch/Iphone app? Will this data appear in HealthKit framework?

This isn't really the forum for such a question. Also, Apple hasn't yet released the ECG app for the Watch, so I don't think most of us know at this point. From the intro I wouldn't think it would be available through HealthKit, as it looked like it would just produce a standalone report.
