Thanks @Hlother - filing an issue at Sign in to GitHub · GitHub is the better way to report this, as it would otherwise be lost without tracking in these threads of the forum. You already know exactly where and this looks like just a simple typo - maybe you could open a pull request with the suggested fix? At least if you were inclined to do so.
The relevant file is swift-book/TSPL.docc/LanguageGuide/TheBasics.md at main · swiftlang/swift-book · GitHub - you could submit the whole thing through GitHub if you like. Better than even filing an issue.
