Just a quick update: we decided to keep the window open a bit longer. We only have a few submissions so far and are looking into two separate issues that we would like to resolve as part of this release.

The merge window will be closed this Friday, August 27.

The merge window is now closed. We are currently working on fixing CI and will merge the previously posted PRs before cutting the release, but any new PRs will not be considered for 5.4.3.
