CLion has supported Swift on macOS & Ubuntu since 2016, and now it supports Swift on Windows as well!
CLion can open your Swift Packages on Windows and provide all the code insight functionality you would expect from an IDE, such as auto-completion, go-to-declaration, fix-its, code generation, refactoring and more.
