The unpacked linux toolchain is up to 3.6 GB now and the largest single component is the Embedded libraries folder, at 725 MB. I see no reason to ship these with the toolchain itself, when we already have a mechanism to download and install these optional SDKs. They simply bloat up the default toolchain install, causing packagers to complain.
