Broken links on the site

Hi all. To where do send bug reports about the site swift.org and the book The Swift Programming Language?

For instance in the site the menu has category "platform support" and there are tag links:

• Installing Swift
• Using the REPL
• Using the Package Manager
• Using the LLDB Debugger

All of them are broken.

That's because these belong under "Getting Started". I think reports here have generally been noted and fixed by those responsible, but I agree it would be nice to have a more well defined process.
