Hi folks,
I've found the current recommended policy for packages on which Xcode versions to test on in CI quite confusing and inconsistent, so I proposed a change here: Align Xcode version support policy with other Swift platforms by czechboy0 · Pull Request #11 · swiftlang/project-operations · GitHub
Please let me know if I missed a good reason for this policy to leave a gap for the middle Swift version, it's possible there is one :)
