[Accepted with Modifications] SE-0332: Package Manager Command Plugins

Hi folks,

The review for SE-0332: Package Manager Command Plugins has concluded and the proposal has been accepted with modification .

The review was positive, and the reviewers suggested two small changes that the author agrees to adopt:

  1. Use static initializers for exposing PluginCommandIntent instead of enums.
  2. Rename Outcome in TestResult to Result.

Reporting progress and supporting CLI arguments passthrough to the plugins are excellent future direction topics that require further design and should be captured in the proposal's "Future directions" section.
