Hello Swift Community,
The review for SE-0238: Package Manager Target Specific Build Settings ran from November 27th through December 4th, 2018. You can find the review thread here.
Feedback has been positive, but there was some discussion about the escape hatch for unsafe flags. Therefore the proposal has been accepted with modifications, the global escape hatch flag of the initial version has been removed. Whether dependencies should be able to use unsafe flags in some fashion can be discussed at a later time.
