[Accepted with Modifications] Amendment to SE-0303: Package Manager Extensible Build Tools

Hi folks,

The review for an amendment to SE-0303: Package Manager Extensible Build Tools has concluded and the amendment proposal has been accepted with modification .

The review was positive, and the reviewers suggested two additive changes that the author agrees to add:

  1. Support async @main on versions and platforms that support it.
  2. Add variant to diagnostics API that takes a severity level.
