[Accepted] ST-0020: Add a filePath property to SourceLocation

Hello all,

The review of ST-0020 ran from 2026-01-26 to 2026-02-10.

The feedback was light, with universal approval. With one comment asking why this needed to go through the evolution process in the first place.

As such, and after discussing in the testing workgroup, we have decided to accept this proposal.

ST-0020: Add a filePath property to SourceLocation

Now that FilePath has been accepted for inclusion in the stdlib, we should consider our options for exposing this property as an instance of that type (with the understanding that, on Apple platforms, ABI compatibility will be a concern).
