[Accepted] SE-0486: Migration tooling for Swift features

Hello Swift Community,

The review of SE-0486: Migration tooling for Swift features ran from May 26th through June 8th, 2025.

Feedback was light, overall positive, and fully agreeing that this solves an important problem.
The Ecosystem Steering Group was in full support of this proposal. Therefore, SE-0486 has been accepted with one modification:

  • Align the arguments to --target and --to-feature and allow a comma separated list of targets and features.
