Hello Swift community,
The review of SE-0436: Objective-C implementations in Swift concluded on May 21st. The Language Steering Group has decided to accept the proposal.
Feedback was overall supportive of the feature. The primary critique community members raised was around the current limitations in the proposal around which Objective-C members are able to be implemented in an @objc @implementation extension, but the Language Steering Group agreed that these would be reasonable to leave as future work, and that the behavior as-proposed was a good resting point for the language.
