The second review of SE-0426: BitwiseCopyable ended on May 2nd. For the second review, the Language Steering Group requested that the proposal be revised to clarify terminology, syntax, and future directions around dynamic casting.
No additional feedback was given during the second review period, and the Language Steering Group is satisfied with these revisions, so we have decided to accept the proposal as revised.
