[Accepted] SE-0404: Allow Protocols to be Nested in Non-Generic Contexts

Hello, Swift community!

The review of SE-0404: Allow Protocols to be Nested in Non-Generic Contexts ended on August 7th. Feedback was quite positive, with many reviewers eager to use nested protocols. Several reviewers noted that they hope protocols nested in generic contexts are explored in the future, and nothing in this proposal precludes that direction. The Language Steering Group has decided to accept the proposal.
