The review of "SE-0135: Memory Layout of Values" ran from
August 07...August 09. The proposal has been *accepted*.
There was a fair amount of discussion, both before and during the review
period, almost all of which dealt with rationales and possible alternate
spellings. No objections were raised.
Many thanks to Xiaodi Wu for coming up with the final design, writing
the proposal, and submitting the implementation!
